Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)
The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m. The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.
- Amendment #667: Appl. #13-062 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to amend §5-2 (Definitions) building height, to modify roof parapet exemption language; §46-3.2(a) to eliminate requirement that a zoning permit be obtained within one year of the granting of a variance; §46-3.2.1 to eliminate language stating when a Site Plan approval is required after a variance is granted; §31-10.6.6, to change reference from “extreme high tide” to “coastal jurisdiction line,” in the Zoning Regulations; and §52-4.3.3 to change reference from “extreme high tide” to “coastal jurisdiction line,” in the Subdivision Regulations
