NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA


The RTM Environment Committee will meet on Wednesday, January 15, at 7:30 p.m. in Room 309 of Town Hall.


The following business will be discussed:

1. Schedule of Environment Committee meetings, 2014

2. Budget discussion procedures and estimated timeline

3. Water quality throughout town, Trees, Upcoming Town POCD creation, Open Space, Monitoring outsourced Longshore maintenance, Pesticides/IPM, Environmental matters relevant to development of downtown, Compo, landfill and other sites, artificial turf fields and recent EPA opinion changes, CT air quality lawsuit, leafblower and other noise issues

4. Liaisons with Conservation Commission/Department, Planning and Zoning Commission/Department, Tree Board, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Downtown development committee(s),Green Task Force, WWHD, Wakeman Town Farm, BOE, Earthplace and HW/RW, BOF
