Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- Amendment #667: Appl. #13-062 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to amend §5-2 (Definitions) building height, to modify roof parapet exemption language; §46-3.2(a) to eliminate requirement that a zoning permit be obtained within one year of the granting of a variance; §46-3.2.1 to eliminate language stating when a Site Plan approval is required after a variance is granted; §31-10.6.5, to change reference from “extreme high tide” to “coastal jurisdiction line,” in the Zoning Regulations; and §52-4.3.3 to change reference from “extreme high tide” to “coastal jurisdiction line,” in the Subdivision Regulations
- 58 Sylvan Road North: Appl. #13-064 by Michael Seigenfeld for property owned by Michael Siegenfeld for a Special Permit and Site Plan application for a Home Occupation, Level 2, in a Res AA zone, PID #B09007000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
