Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will hold a special public meeting on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 10 a.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

To approve a contract between the Town of Westport and McGladrey & Pullen, L.L.P,  to provide an independent written analysis of the Board of Education’s Health Insurance Fund and to provide assistance in assessing the adequacy of controls over such fund, subject to an appropriation of $15,000 by the Board of Finance.
