1. Approval of December 2013 minutes
2. Municipal Solar:
a. Small ZREC - winter 2014
b. Planning for a text amendment
3. Grants:
a. NEGEF grant award
b. Bright Idea:
i. Thermal image postcard
ii. EV charging station installation cost
iii. School parking lot lighting upgrade
4. C-PACE grant - discuss of request for time extension to use funds
5. 2013 WeGreen Westport Awards - determination of announcement of awardees
6. Energy Efficiency Thermal Imaging Program - status and planning discussion
7. Report on social media/marketing
8. Other Business
