Notice is hereby given that the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 8:45 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Town of Westport’s Municipal Employees Pension Board meeting schedule for 2014-2015.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of   

the October 8, 2013 meeting of the Westport Municipal Employees Pension Board.

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement

request of Clifford Bader, Board of Education Employee, to retire effective retroactive to December 1, 2013, with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity benefit option.

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement 

request of Joseph Iaboni, terminated and vested employee of the Board of Education, to retire effective April 1, 2014, with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity benefit option.

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement 

request of Rowena Lindsay, Board of Education Employee, to retire effective  retroactive to January 1, 2014, with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity benefit option.

6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement 

request of Ann Radley, Board of Education Employee, to retire effective retroactive to November 1, 2013, with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity benefit option.
