LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 52 Compo Mill Cove: ZBA Appl. #7235 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by Glenn and Claudia Schattman for a variance for grading within 5 feet of the property line in a Res A zone, PID #E04090000.
- 171 Compo Road South: ZBA Appl. #7236 by Gary Miele for property owned by Rita Miele for variances for setbacks and coverage to legalize three new sheds and two old sheds over building and total coverage and in the setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID #C06137000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
