Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1.2 Pier Way Landing/Application WPL #9657-13; Application of Kate Throckmorton for an in ground swimming pool with an on-grade-patio, and an expansion to an existing wooden deck. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2.9 Crooked Mile Road/Application IWW/WPL #9683-13; Application of J. Edwards & Associates, LLC for the construction of deck stairs, patio, and retaining walls. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River (West Branch).
3.129 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9684-13; Application of William A. Achilles Jr. for the lifting of a house, new entranceways, and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
