Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 1 Hillandale Lane & 10 Hilltop Trail: 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer extension to service 1 Hillandale Lane and 10 Hilltop Trail, Zone AA, PID #G08032000 and PID #G08027000.
- 271 Post Road East: Appl. #13-054 Quality Towing & Auto Repair, LLC for property owned by Power Test Realty Company Limited for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for transformation of a gas station and auto repair facility, to a gas station and auto repair facility with a convenience store and 24 hour towing, in a GBD zone, PID #D09139000.
- 290 Wilton Road: Appl. #13-061 by Frank J. Nistico, Jr. for property owned by Frank J. Nistico, Jr. et al for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to replace an existing service bar and portions of the patron area with a patron bar in a Res AAA zone, PID #B13027000.
