A field trip of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled on Tuesday
April 26, 2011 to visit the following properties:

8:15 a.m.
575 Riverside Avenue (Appl. #11-019)
Special Permit & CAM Site Plan

Parking is available either across the street at Doc’s Café or in the public parking under I-95 on the west side of Riverside Avenue.

Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
