LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 17, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

  1. ADOPTED:  Amendment #655, Appl. #13-052 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to add §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) for a Moratorium on applications or permits associated with the establishment of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers.  Effective date:  10/25/13
  2. APPROVED:  1040 Post Road East, Appl. #13-038 by Ann Day for property owned by Sandra and Mel Goldman for a Site Plan approval for additions to the building, modification of parking area and landscaping and other parking standards in a HSD zone, PID #F09053000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
