LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 26, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- ADOPTED: Amendment #660, Appl. #13-018 by Lawrence Weisman and Mel Barr for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify Sec. 34-11.2 (Curb Cuts and Access Drives) [APPROVED AS MODIFIED] to allow a third driveway on corner lots to serve the residential portion of the site, to modify Sec. 39A-3.1 (Designation/Uses Permitted) [DENIED] to allow 25% of parking and loading to serve non-residential uses in the residence district on corner lots only, to modify Sec. 39A-14 (Parking) [DENIED] to restrict parking between building and arterial street only and to restrict parking between building and street with greater frontage on corner lots, is ADOPTED as MODIFIED in PART/DENIED in PART herein. Effective date: October 28, 2013
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
