Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Traffic Authority, to approve the establishment of a three-way STOP at the intersection of Coleytown Road and North Avenue, as recommended by the Westport Police Department.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and RBA Group of Connecticut LLC as relates to Phase I of the Master Plan for Development and Implementation for Downtown Westport, as recommended by the Downtown 2020 Committee.
