Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 26, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED:  6 Harbor Road, Appl. #13-040 by Lucky Four Realty, LLC for property owned by Lucky Four Realty, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #A02024000.
2. GRANTED:  29, 29A Imperial Avenue & Imperial Avenue Condo, Appl. #13-042 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by MCP Imperial Avenue and The Imperial Avenue Condo Association Inc. c/o Marcus Partners for a Special Permit & Site Plan approval for change of use from office/residence to medical office/residence with joint parking of one space and reduction of parking for one space in a RPOD zone, PID #D09018000.
3. APPROVED:  54 Harbor Road, Appl. #13-048 by Gilda Orwasher for property owned by Gilda Orwasher for a CAM Site Plan approval to raise existing house and add a second floor in a Res A zone, PID #B02106000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
