*REVISED LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:
- To hear Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the September10, 2013 public hearing.
- Upon the request of the Maplewood Avenue neighbors, to approve the establishment of a study committee for the proposed local historic district designation of Maplewood Avenue.
- *To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated September 23, 2013 for alterations and additions at 79 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to support the petition to the RTM to overturn the decision of the negative 8-24 report of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the proposed relocation of the Kemper-Gunn house to a portion of the Baldwin Parking lot at 35 Elm Street.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 24 Prospect Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 22 Jennie Lane.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 9 Harding Lane.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 158 Hillspoint Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 12 Quintard Place.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 16 Long Lots Lane.
