Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:

   1. Discussion with Leah Schmalz of Save the Sound on previously proposed SB 805 “An Act Concerning the Taking of Eastern Oysters”.

   3. Review of proposal for oyster growing operation in Sherwood Mill Pond.
