LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 9, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 5 Salem Road & 4 Elwil Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9574-13 by Deborah Gruen on behalf of Robert and Cyndianne Gates to connect #4 Elwil Drive to sewer lateral through sewer easement on #5 Salem Road with the use of directional drilling.
  2. 6 Crestwood Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9575-13 by G. Whittaker on behalf of Greg Lang for a generator.

NOTICE OF CORRECTION:  The following approval was mistakenly published in the Westport News on August 26, 2013.  No action had yet been taken on the following application.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
