Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 19, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 3 Spring Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9558-13 by Culver Casson on behalf of Paris Chefler for a generator.
- 8 Half Mile Common: Application #AA,WPL/E-9559-13 by Pool by Al on behalf of Anna & Jimmy Yee to construct a swimming pool, spa, patio, wall, fence, and mechanicals.
- 1 Glendinning Place: Application #AA,WPL/E-9560-13 by The Nature Conservancy on behalf of One Glendinning Place LLC for modification of weirs within existing dam.
- 14 Pequot Trail: Application # AA,WPL/E-9563-13 by Francine Cook for a generator.
- 1 Pumpkin Hill: Application #AA,WPL/E-9564-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of Roberta Cooper for a generator.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
