2. The Finance Committee will consider the following appropriations, in excess of $20,000, approved by the Board of Finance on August 7, 2013:
-A request by the Parks & Recreation Director for an appropriation of $50,000 to the Capital and Non-Recurring Expenditure Fund (C&NEF) Account
for the development of a plan for site design and improvements to Compo Beach.
-A request by the Public Works Director for an appropriation of $400,000 to the following Capital and
Non-Recurring Expenditure Fund (C&NEF) Accounts for culvert replacement:
a) $320,000-Sasco Creek Culvert Account
b) $80,000-Town Crier Culvert Account
