Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 22, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 20 Timber Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9530-13 by Michael Black on behalf of Mark & Megan Edwards for a second-story addition over existing, addition of a covered porch, new septic system and interior renovations.
- 21 Bonnie Brook Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9531-13 by Thomas & Valerie Malin for a generator.
- 9 Peaceful Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9532-13 by Plantscapes Inc. on behalf of Monique Lions-Greenspan for wetland restoration including plantings, drainage changes, and removal of inappropriate plants.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
