Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 15, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 5 Possum Run: Application #AA,WPL/E-9525-13 by Anthony Suggs on behalf of David Gensler for a generator.
- 6 Scofield Place: Application #WPL/E-9526-13 by Climate Partners LLC on behalf of Barbara Melzer for a generator.
- 8 North Sasco Common: Application #AA,WPL/E-9527-13 by RI Pools Inc. on behalf of Paul & Janet Bradshaw to construct a pool, fencing, mechanicals, and grading.
- 9 Peaceful Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9528-13 by Wilson Electric on behalf of Monique Greenspan for a generator.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
