I PUBLIC HEARING                                                                Auditorium

                                                                                                                  7:00 P.M.    

Approval of minutes:                                                            

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. 24 Ludlow Road:  (The following application was opened and continued from 6/6/13. Testimony has been taken) Appl. #12-040 by Lawrence P. Weisman/Eric Bernheim for property owned by Beit Chaverim Synagogue for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for construction of a new synagogue in a Res AA zone, PID #C09060000. 

 

  1. 561 Post Road East:  (The following application was opened and continued from 6/13/13.  Testimony has been taken) Appl. #13-019 by Kenneth Nemeth /Urban Outfitters for property owned by CJ Curran, LLC and WHK, LLC for a Site Plan approval for additional parking spaces to be constructed as activation for future reserve parking, in a RBD zone, PID #E09670000. 
  2. Amendment #661:  (The following application was opened and continued from 6/6/13. Testimony has been taken) Appl. #13-022 Barr Associates, LLC for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §22-2.2.1 (Special Permit Uses) in the Restricted Office-Retail District (RORD), to allow Professional Healthcare Offices and Clinics but excluding Medical Offices and Clinics.
