(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. 0 Church Lane (aka 59 Post Road East) & 35 Church Lane(The following application was opened and continued to 7/17/13.  Testimony has been taken) Appl. #13-023 by Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by YMCA of Weston/Westport, Inc for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a 101,892 SF mixed use retail, restaurant, office and residential complex with 26 dwelling units including 5 affordable and 104 new on site parking spaces, in a BCD/H and RORD2 zone, PID #C09140000 and C10144000.  
  2. 32 Bermuda Road:  (The following application was opened and continued to 7/17/13.  No testimony has been taken).  Appl. #13-006 by Michael and Ellen Fifer for property owned by Michael and Ellen Fifer for a Special Permit for Excavation and Fill for construction of a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02018000.  Applicant’s presentation time:  10 minutes
