LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 10, 2013, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

1. 54 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9494-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Jacek Bigosinski for the elevation of a house and associated site improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 4 Pier Way Landing/Application WPL #9496-13; CONTINUED Application of Scott Farquharson for the construction of a garage addition with a room above.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 1 Conte Place/Application WPL # 9498-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Dean Martin, P.E. for the demolition of an existing single family house and the construction of a new single family house and associated site improvements.  Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.

Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
