LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 1, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 209 Hillspoint Road:  Application #WPL/E-9511-13 by Malcolm Decker to elevate existing house by 8 feet.
  2. 6 Barn Swallow Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9512-13 by Cannondale Generators on behalf of Merrill Spector for a generator.
  3. 11 Spriteview Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-9513-13 by John Nakashian for a generator.
  4. 235 Bayberry Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9514-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of Steve Barry for a generator.
  5. 17 Jennie Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9515-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of Thomas & Wahida Plummer for a generator.
  6. 22 Daniel Court:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9516-13 by Salvioli Electric on behalf of Terence Oh for a generator.

10.  Town Bridge on Bayberry Lane Extension:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9520-13 by Town of Westport for emergency maintenance of abutments of existing 28’ x 28’ bridge over Aspectuck River. Address scour issues discovered on routine inspection. Work includes dewatering abutements and filling voids behind abutment walls with concrete.


The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
