Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1. 561 Post Road East: Appl. #13-019 by Kenneth Nemeth /Urban Outfitters for property owned by CJ Curran, LLC and WHK, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for additional parking spaces to be constructed as activation for future reserve parking and a waiver of parking spaces in a RBD zone, PID #E09670000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
