LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA 

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Municipal Pension Board will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 8:45 am. in Town Hall, Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the October 2, 2012 meeting of the Municipal Employees Pension Board.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Harold Britto, Town employee, to retire retroactive to May 1, 2013 with a 75% Joint and Survivor pension benefit.

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Albertine Daniel, Board of Education employee, to retire effective retroactive to December 1, 2012 with a 100% Joint & Survivor and Life Annuity   sion benefit.

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Judith Spencer, Town employee, to retire effective September 1, 2013 with a Modified Cash Refund and Life Annuity benefit option.
