LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 24, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 34 Crawford Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9506-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of Silvia Durno for a generator.
- 11 Beachside Common: Application #WPL/E-9507-13 by Bruce Appleton on behalf of Alan & Ev Walton for a generator.
- 11 Bolton Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9508-13 by Richard Jordan on behalf of Richard & Joanne Hurtley to construct a new screen porch, remove the existing screen porch, addition to the second floor, relocate the septic tank, and interior renovations.
- 18 Lone Pine Lane: Application #AA-9509-13 by MLR Properties on behalf of Rainbow Yan to construct an addition to the rear of the house and enclose the existing porch.
- 1 Greenbrier Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9510-13 by William & Kathleen Bennewitz to replace detach garage damaged in Storm Sandy.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
