LEGAL NOTICE 


Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:


1. 1026 Post Road East:  Appl. #13-030 by Rick Hoag for property owned by DeMattio Associates, LLC for a Site Plan approval for building alterations for a car dealership in a HSD zone, PID #F09055000.


2. 6 Marine Avenue:  Appl. #13-031 by Ochman Associates, Inc. for property owned by AMP Investments, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02158000.


3. 20 Wilton Road aka 12 Wilton Road:  Appl. #13-036 by William J. Fitzpatrick for property owned by Nathall 1220 W LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to extend outdoor dining hours for Friday and Saturday nights from midnight to 2:00 AM in a GBD zone, PID #C09112000.


4. 2-8 Post Road West:  Appl. #13-032 by COE Development LLC for property owned by NatHall 28PR LLC, for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a restaurant in portion of ground floor in a HDD zone, PID #C09117000 and C0911600.


At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
