Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 17, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 28 Crawford Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9499-13 by Barr Associates LLC on behalf of Michael & April Book for a 10’ X 14’ shed.
- 22 Woods Grove Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9500-13 by Steven & Meredith Lorig for a 10’ X 20’ shed.
- 5 Pebble Beach Lane: Application #WPL/E-9501-13 by John Wilson to construct a fence and replace an existing fence.
- 37 Compo Beach Road: Application #WPL/E-9502-13 by Patricia M. Miller on behalf of Alin Chelico to install a generator and add a second story over existing room in rear of residence.
- 325 Riverside Avenue: Application #WPL/E-9503-13 by Land-Tech Consultants Inc. on behalf of DIV Riverside Loan LLC for the demolition of Building A, renovation and improvement of the remaining building, add parking and drainage improvements.
- 127 Beachside Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-9504-13 by Coastal Remodeling Group on behalf of Trevor & Elizabeth Janis for the construction of an attached garage, house addition and interior renovations.
- 21 Pleasant Valley Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9505-13 by John Mech on behalf of Alan Rosenberg for a generator.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
