LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 13, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. APPROVED:  44 Church Lane, Appl. #13-021 by Rick Hoag for property owned by Maxx and Luke LLC for a Site Plan approval for restaurant use, additions and façade alterations in a BCD zone, PID #C10155000.  
2. APPROVED:  66 Compo Mill Cove, Appl. #13-026 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Andrew and Purva Tsai for a CAM Site Plan to elevate an existing house and to construct an addition in a Res. A zone, PID #E04084000.  
3. APPROVED:  15 Owenoke Park, Appl. #13-028 by Barr Associates for property owned by Michele Williams for a CAM Site Plan approval to elevate an existing house and to construct an additions in a Res. A zone, PID #D03169000.


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
