The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:
- To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the May 14, 2013 public hearing and the May 23, 2013 work session.
- To review and comment on proposed Site Plan application at 561 Post Road East, Terrain, which includes the proposed demolition of the 19th century wooden frame structure to meet the overall parking demands of the Terrain project and the zoning requirements for parking spaces. *WITHDRAWN
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated May 30, 2013 for the proposed installation of a fence at 17 Evergreen Avenue in the Evergreen Avenue Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated May 30, 2013 for proposed exterior modifications at 44 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated June 3, 2013 for the proposed outdoor eating area at 90 Post Road East located in the Jesup Road Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 89 Compo Road North.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to reconsider waiving the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 37 Evergreen Parkway.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 23 Westfair Drive.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 106 Old Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Turkey Hill Lane.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 14 Bonnie Brook Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 12 Silent Grove North.
