Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at 3 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
21. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Business Associate as relates to the Group Health Business Associate Agreement to handle plan claim administrative services, as recommended by the Finance Director.
22. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Anthem Insurance Companies, Inc. as relates to a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) for town employees, as recommended by the Finance Director.
