LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 3, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 17 Owenoke Park: Application #WPL/E-9485-13 by Water’s Edge Pools Inc. on behalf of Laura Luce for a pool, spa, walls and mechanicals.
- 8 Lehn Farm Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9487-13 by Jason Stiegler for additions to second floor and third floor, covered patio and fence.
- 35 Greenlea Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9488-13 by Lee Arthurs for a generator.
- 14 Charcoal Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9489-13 by Milton Development on behalf of 14 Charcoal Hill LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, septic system, and associated grading.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
