Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at 3 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
17. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve waiving the low bid and awarding a contract to Kowalsky Brothers Construction, Inc. in the amount of $177,600 for the repairs to the Harbor Road seawall resulting from Storm Sandy, as recommended by the Public Works Director.
18. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Solar City for the installation of photovoltaic systems at four sites, The Parsell Public Works Garage, the golf maintenance building, the Longshore Pavilion and the Water Pollution Control Facility, as recommended by the Public Works Director.
19. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a contract with Royal Environmental Services for the disposal of liquid sludge from the Westport Water Pollution Control Facility, as recommended by the Public Works Director.
