LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1. 10 Sue Terrace: ZBA Appl #6996 by Angela Carusone for property owned by Angela Carusone for a variance to Sec 6-2.1 (non-conforming building expansion), Sec 6-2.2 (non conforming coverage) and Sec 13-6 (coverage), to add an Accessory Apartment over existing garage, in a Res A zone, PID # E09126000.
2. 17 Evergreen Avenue: ZBA Appl #6997 by Mark and Joelle Malec for property owned by Mark and Joelle Malec for a variance to Sec 13-6 and Sec 6-2.1.6 (total coverage over 25%) to add a new landing with stairs to grade and enlarge driveway, in a Res A zone, PID # D10015000.
3. 80 Maple Ave South: ZBA Appl #6998 by Karen Wendell and Joseph Scordato for property owned by Karen Wendell and Joseph Scordato for a variance to Sec 6-3.1 (non-conforming setbacks) and Sec 11-4 (setbacks) to install a generator in setback in a Res AAA zone, PID # H07030000.
4. 40 Owenoke Park: ZBA Appl #7000 by Barr Associates, LLC, for property owned by Jill Meyer for variance to Sec 6-2.1 (expansion, extension or alteration), Sec 6-3.1 (non conforming setbacks) and 13-4 (setbacks) and Sec 13-6 (coverage) to construct screened porch, façade alterations and legalize existing deck in a Res A zone, PID # C03015000
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
