Board of Selectmen Notice & Agenda - Special Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a special public hearing on Monday, June 17, 2013, at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium for the following purpose(s):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to review the Town of Westport Water Pollution Control Authority Regulations, adopted Jan. 26, 1981, as amended Oct. 3, 1983, Aug. 11, 1987, June 15, 1994, Nov. 8, 2006, Sept. 11, 2007, and July 28, 2010, and the Policies and Procedures for the Installation of Sanitary Sewers.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to reconsider Board of Selectmen action of Jan. 16, 2013 as relates to the approval of a waiver of the Westport Driveway Ordinance, Sec. 50-340, for the Post Plaza Shopping Center, contingent upon compliance with the Town Engineer’s letter of Jan. 2, 2013.
