Conservation Department Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 27, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 2 Hidden Hill Road:  Application #WPL/E-9479-13 by Peter Gaboriault on behalf of 5 Hidden Hill Rd LLC to demolish the existing and build a new single family residence.
  2. 10 Heathwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9480-13 by Pine Creek Construction Co. on behalf of Patricia A Bedol to replace in-kind a detached garage, remove, replace, and reduce gravel driveway.
  3. 16 Burr Farms Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9481-13 by R.I. Pools Inc. on behalf of Andrzej Piekarski for an inground pool with spa.
  4. 1 Cob Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9482-13 by Nation Electric on behalf of Melvin & Helin Neisloss for a generator.
  5. 3 Spring Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9483-13 by Jeff Mose on behalf of Paris Cheffer & Culver Casson for a B100A septic installation, a 1-story addition with cellar below, 2 covered porches, and a second floor expansion.
  6. 306 Saugatuck Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9484-13 by Steven Levine for a central air conditioning pad.
  7. 124 Compo Road North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9485-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of the Town of Westport for a generator.


The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.

 

NOTICE OF CORRECTION: The following approval was mistakenly published in the Westport News on May 15, 2013. No action has yet been taken on the following application:

 

31 Owenoke Park: Application #WPL-9463-13 by McChord Engineering on behalf of JJ Salzman LLC for a retaining wall and flower bed replacement.
