Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 13, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 49 Bermuda Road: Application #WPL/E-9461-13 by Gary Dayharsh on behalf of Anna & Richard Pellino for a two-story addition on slab.
- 37 Spicer Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9462-13 by Patricia Hart for deer & stockade fencing.
- 36 Morningside Drive North: Application #AA,WPL/E-9464-13 by Jackie & Steven Selby for a pool, patio, mechanicals, and fence.
- 55 Valley Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-9465-13 by Don Miro on behalf of Alicia Ogilvy to construct a new single family residence, driveway, grading and drainage.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
