The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1. 1200 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #6965 by Debbie Katz for property owned by Peter VanWitt, for a variance to Sec 13-10 (signs), Sec 33-5 (signs permitted in residence districts) to allow 5 commercial signs over allowed number of signs and sign area in a residential zone, in a GBD/A zone, PID #G09141000.
2. 125 Main Street: ZBA Appl. #6966 by Darcie Roy for property owned by 125 Main Street Associates LLC, for a variance to Sec 29-10 (signs), Sec 33-7.2.2 (signs above 2nd floor sill), to install one new sign above 2nd floor sill in a BCD zone, PID # C10079000.
3. 21 Cross Highway: ZBA Appl. #6967 by Michelle and Matthias Visser for property owned by Michelle Visser, for a variance to Sec 13-4 (setbacks), to build an in-ground pool in setback and to legalize existing propane tank and air conditioning unit in setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID # D12034000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications.
