Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at 3 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
20. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the placement of a permanent sign on town-owned property known as Imperial Avenue parking lot for the Imperial Avenue Commuter Lot and the Westport Farmers Market, contingent upon compliance with Planning & Zoning Director’s email of May 9, 2013.
21. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the acceptance of a monetary gift from the Fairfield Half Marathon to the Westport Fire Department to cover half of cost of a Polaris Ranger 6x6 800 utility vehicle, in accordance with Policy for Gifts to the Town as amended Oct. 28, 1998.
22. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned roadways by the Northeast Community Cycles for the Bike4Bikes Charity Bike Ride on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments including the Westport/Weston Health District and in accordance with the Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways.
