LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 29, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
- 41 Hermit Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9441-13 by Andrew & Florence Lozyniak for a generator.
- 1 Ulbrick Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-9449-13 by John Arone on behalf of Aaron Greenberger to construct a deck.
- 30 Bulkley Avenue North: Application #AA,WPL/E-9450-13 by Saurav Mohanty for an addition to residence, patio addition and interior renovations.
- 32 Owenoke Park: Application #WPL/E-9451-13 by Gault Energy on behalf of Preston Koster for a generator.
- 37 Sturges Highway: Application #AA,WPL/E-9452-13 by Christopher & Lisa Dearborn to add a patio and stairs to rear yard with associated grading.
- 2 Manitou Court: Application #WPL/E-9454-13 by Schmiedeck Construction LLC for landscaping.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
