LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Police Pension Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 9:15 A.M. in Town Hall, Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes

of the November 13, 2012 meeting of the Police Pension Board.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Police Pension Board Minutes of the Joint Pension Board meeting held on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 8:30 A.M in the Town Hall Auditorium.

3 To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request of Police Officer Linda Vena Lombardi, to retire effective June 1, 2013 after 32 ½ years of service. (Signed copies of Linda’s documents will be handed out at the meeting).
