(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)

I. Public Hearing

1. 553 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #8792-11; Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the replacement of an existing dock with a 20 slip marina. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 34 Harbor Road/ Application WPL #8813-11; Application of Ochman Associates Inc. for the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
