LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 25, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. POSITIVE REPORT:  Bulkley Avenue North, Buttonwood Lane, Elizabeth Drive, Evans Court, Forest Drive, Long Lots Road, Mallard Lane, Maple AvenueNorth, Old Road and Ulbrick Lane, 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer to service Bulkley Avenue North, Buttonwood Lane, Elizabeth Drive, Evans Court, forest Drive, Long Lots Road, Mallard Lane, Maple Avenue North, Old road and Ulbrick Lane, Assessor’s Maps H9, H10, H11, I10, Res A, AA, AAA zones.


2. APPROVED:  28 Maple Avenue North, Appl. #13-009 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Marina Abudei for a re-subdivision to create one new building lot in a Res A zone, PID #H09077000.  


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
