LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 1, 2013 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

  1. 54 Harbor Road/Application WPL #9405-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of PB Architects for the elevating of an existing house, a second floor addition and associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
  2. 1076 Post Road East/Application AA, WPL #9408-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Lawrence P. Weisman and Eric D. Bernheim for an additional curb cut for ingress and egress onto Morningside Drive South.  Work is within the WPLO setback of Muddy Brook.
  3. 6 Marine Avenue/Application WPL #9425-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Ochman Associates Inc. for the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence and associated site improvements.  Work is within the WPLO setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
  4. 9 Old Mill Road/Application WPL #9428-13; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS  Application of Barr Associates for the lifting of an existing house and associated site improvements.  Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Sherwood Mill Pond.
  5. 79 Newtown Turnpike AKA 333 Wilton Road/Application IWW/WPL #9431-13; CONTINUED Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the expansion and modification of an existing parking lot.  A portion of the work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
  6. 4, 5, 11, & 14 Sunny Lane/Application IWW/WPL #9432-13;  APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land- Tech Consultants for the excavation of a utility trench within Poplar Plains Brook.  Work is within the WPLO setback of Poplar Plains Brook.

 

Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
