Conservation Department Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 22, 2013 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 521 Riverside Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-9430-13 by Barr Associates LLC on behalf of SRC Realty Group LLC for a two story addition and parking modifications.
  2. 45 Maple Avenue North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9442-13 by Archadeck on behalf of Scott Conry to construct a pergola and deck.
  3. 4 Reimer Road:  Application #AA-9443-13 by Shoreline Pools on behalf of Jeffrey & Jennifer Putman to construct an inground swimming pool, spa, patio, fence, mechanicals and associated grading.
  4. 6 Bumble Bee Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9444-13 by Pools by DaSilva on behalf of SIR –Bumble Bee LLC to construct an inground swimming pool, fence and mechanicals.
  5. 5 Lockwood Circle:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9445-13 by Gofor Service on behalf of Gail Stoltz to install a standby generator.
  6. 97 Hillspoint Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9446-13 by Eric Jacobsen Remodeling Consultant on behalf of Stephen Goldstein for a two story addition, expand rear deck, and interior renovations.
  7. 20 Hyde Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-9447-13 by Michelle Knapp on behalf of James & Maria Mulvehill to construct a new single family residence, septic system, and associated improvements.
  8. 390 Greens Farms Road:  Application #WPL/E-9448-13 by Harborview Electric on behalf of Christian Stander for a generator.


The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
