Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 44 Bulkley Avenue North: Appl. #13-011 by David Groener for property owned by Kathleen and David Groener for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval pursuant to Section 32-18.9 of the Westport Zoning Regulations for the expansion of existing apartment in a Res AA zone, PID #I10049000.
- 170 Post Road West: Appl. #13-013 by John Meyer Consulting, PC, c/o James Caris for property owned by 170 Post Road West Corp for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Change of Use from Retail Food Establishment to a Restaurant use in a RORD1 zone, PID #C09002000.
- Amendment #658: Appl. #13-014 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-11 (Flood Plain Regulations) to adopt new FIRM maps.
