Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. 44 Bulkley Avenue North:  Appl. #13-011 by David Groener for property owned by Kathleen and David Groener for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval pursuant to Section 32-18.9 of the Westport Zoning Regulations for the expansion of existing apartment in a Res AA zone, PID #I10049000.
2. 170 Post Road West:  Appl. #13-013 by John Meyer Consulting, PC, c/o James Caris for property owned by 170 Post Road West Corp for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Change of Use from Retail Food Establishment to a Restaurant use in a RORD1 zone, PID #C09002000.
3. Amendment #658:  Appl. #13-014 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-11 (Flood Plain Regulations) to adopt new FIRM maps.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
