LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 11, 2013, 2013, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED:  10 Bluff Point, Appl. #97-122 by Ronald Marsilio for property owned by Ronald Marsilio for modification of a previously approved CAM Site Plan for revised stabilization and planting plan in a Res A zone, PID # C02011000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
